We live in a fast-paced world, one that seemingly demands that we be “on” all the time. It’s rare to be able to stop and smell the roses, or take time out for ourselves, that’s where I come in. In the last 20 years, there has been an increase in allergies, immune-related illnesses, and disordered living. I believe that the culture in which we live, one that relies heavily on technology, and positions the loudest, most overbearing person as “right,” contributes to these issues. We have forgotten how to use our voices, we don’t know what our intuition feels like, and we are living lives that are instructed for us, by others.

Most of us are not living any semblance of our dreams, and when we think about making the leap, we are told that we are “silly” or “unreasonable.” Well, you aren’t.

We are all born into a world and into families that have their own ideas of who we are and how we should be. It’s not our fault that we become acculturated into ways and habits that do not serve who we are at the core. You already have an inner knowing. You have the tools to make your life the one you want, but you just don’t know how. Let me help you.
